After undergoing a hair color service and enduring what felt like an eternity under the harsh heat of a hair dryer, our dear client returned to her stylist's chair (at a different salon), only to be met with devastation. Her hair, particularly in the crown area, had been severely over processed, leaving it feeling like mush and breaking off before her very eyes. It was a hair nightmare she never saw coming.
